Why can't I login?
Answer:There are several reasons why this could occur. First, ensure your username and password are correct. If they are, there is a chance you may have been banned. If you believe you shouldn't have been banned, or perhaps aren't banned at all and still can't login, contact us using this form and we will help solve the issue for you.

Why do I need to register at all?
Answer:
Registration will give you access to additional features not available to guests such as posting rights, definable avatar images, private messaging, emailing of fellow users, exclusive downloads and more. It only takes a few moments to register so it is recommended you do so.

I've forgotten my password!
Answer:
Don't worry! While we cannot retrieve your password, we can issue you with a new one. Click on the login link, then below the login box click 'I forgot my password'.

Why can’t I register?
Answer:
It is possible the we have banned your IP address or disallowed the username you are attempting to register. We may have also temporarily disabled registration to prevent new users from signing up.

How do I post a new topic in a forum?
Answer:
To post a new topic in a forum, first ensure you are registered and logged in. We don't allow guests to post. Next, visit the forum you wish to post your topic in. You can then click the 'New Topic' button at the top and bottom of each page to post your new topic.

How do I post a comment or reply?
Answer:
Firstly ensure you have registered and logged in. Then visit the post or page you wish to reply to/comment. You can then use the quick reply form to enter your desired message and click submit, or if you're posting in the forums you can click the Post Reply button to use the advanced posting form.

How do I edit or delete a post?
Answer:
Unless you are a site administrator or moderator, you can only edit your own posts. You can edit a post by clicking the edit button for the relevant post.

How do I add a signature to my post?
Answer:
You need to have made 10 posts in the forums to be able to edit your signature. Once you've made the 10 posts, click the Edit Profile link on the left menu, then you scroll down and enter your desired signature into the field provided.

How do I create a poll?
Answer:
Creating a poll is easy. It's just like creating a new topic. Go to the forum you wish for your poll to be in, then click 'New Poll' up the top or bottom of the page. After entering your post, you can give your poll a question, and add any options you want. You can also set a time limit for the poll (or set to 0 or blank for a never ending poll).

Why did I receive a warning?
Answer:
You received a warning because a moderator or other site user reported one of your posts as being inappropriate. An administrator then reviewed your post, and decided that you should be warned for your actions. If you believe your received a warning in error, contact us and we will investigate the issue for you. If you recieve 3 warnings you will be banned.

How can I report posts to a moderator?
Answer:
Verify you are logged in, then visit the post you wish to report. Click the 'report' button in the top right of the post area. You will then be required to give a reason why you are reporting the post. This helps us in isolating the more severe infractions. An administrator or moderator will then review the post and take action where necessary.

How can I download x song?
Answer:
Only registered and logged in users can download songs. If you haven't registered for an account do that now. Some songs also cost a certain amount of forum points to download, but that is described on the view song page.

Can I post my own music?
Answer:While we do not currently allow other users to post their songs directly onto the website, we do have Audio forums located here for users to post their own songs.

Can I post my own articles/resources?
Answer:No, only contributors and site staff are able to contribute new articles and resources to the website. We are always looking for additional help though, so if you are interested see this post.

How do I change my settings??
Answer:
While logged in, click on the 'Edit Profile' link on the left menu. From here, click on the Preferences tab. You can now adjust your settings for the entire website.

How do I change my rank?
Answer:
Your rank is dependant on your forum post count. Users with 100 or more posts are able to define their own. You can do this by clicking 'Edit Profile', then clicking the 'Registration Information' tab.

How can I change my avatar?
Answer:
Changing your avatar requires you to be logged in, and have made at least 5 posts in the forums. If you have made at least 5 posts, click on the 'Edit Profile' link on the left menu, and then click 'Change Avatar'. You can then enter the URL where your avatar is uploaded. Maximum size for avatars is 64x64px.

Why can't I change my username?
Answer:
You will need to have made at least 200 posts in the forums to be allowed to change your username. If you have done this, click 'Edit Profile on the left menu, and then click 'Registration Info' to change your username.

How does the buddy system work?
Answer:
The buddy system is a way to keep in contact with people easier. Adding someone to your buddy list will send them a private message invitation to accept you as a buddy. If they accept you, and you become mutual buddies, they will be added to your list of buddies in your User CP. From here you can easily see their online status, and send them private messages. Alternatively you can also ignore users, hiding all their posts and comments from display.

I cannot send private messages!
Answer:
There are three possible reasons for this; you are not registered and/or not logged on, an administrator has disabled your private messaging access, or there is a problem with the username you are attempting to send a message to.

I keep getting unwanted private messages!
Answer:If you are receiving abusive private messages from a particular user, inform a website administrator; they have the power to prevent a user from sending private messages, or if necessary banning them. You can contact us using our handy contact form.

I have received a spam or abusive E-Mail!
Answer:
The e-mail form feature of this board includes safeguards to try and track users who send such posts, so E-Mail an administrator with a full copy of the e-mail you received. It is very important that this includes the headers that contain the details of the user that sent the e-mail. We can then investigate the incident and take further action.

What are points?
Answer:
Points are a way of measuring how active users are on the site. Each time you post a topic, reply or comment you will earn points. You can also earn points in the arcade, or the lottery, and you can earn interest on your points by depositing it in the bank. Some of the exclusive songs require you to pay points to download.

Can I use real money to buy points?
Answer:
Logged in users that donate to the site (using the Donate button on the left-side of every page) will receive 10 times the amount they donated in points. If you donate $10, you will receive 100 points. Please note however that points on the site have no real financial value, and can not be resold or exchanged for money.

What are rewards?
Answer:
Rewards are here to benefit those users who contribute more, or have been around longer. They enable users access to new features or sections of the site that were previously hidden. For more information about rewards click on the 'Rewards' link on the left menu.

What are medals?
Answer:
Medals are another way to show appreciation to deserving users. We have monthly and yearly awards, to showcase special users on the site, as well as medals marking achievements users make, and users that donate to the website. An individual users medals are shown on the users profile page.

How do I join groups?
Answer:
You can view a list of groups by clicking 'Groups' on the left menu. Some groups are hidden or closed, which means you can't join them without contacting the group moderator. If the group is open, click the 'Join Group' button on the page to be added to the pending list where a group moderator will decide whether or not to add you.

How can I submit links?
Answer:
Make sure you're logged in, then visit the Links page. At the bottom of this page you will see a link to where you can submit your own links to our database.

Who made this website?
Answer:This website was designed and coded by Elusive. The coding was originally based on phpBB2, however after extensive modification and customization, it barely resembles the original forum. The design is a completely original creation.

What if my question isn't listed here?
Answer:
Don't panic! We have a range of help forums designed to assist you. Click the 'Forums' link on the left menu, then browse for the forum that best suits your question. Next you can post a New Topic in the forum (but make sure you check that another user hasn't already started a topic about the same thing!)
